Turnaround time:

All items are handmade and made to order. When you place your order please allow a 2 week turnaround time before your item ships. If you place your order on a Sunday your order will be shipped 2 weeks from Monday.

If you are placing an order for an special event or gift and this time frame does not work for you please contact me by email before placing your order.


All items are shipped through USPS First Class Mail for US and international orders. Tracking will be available through paypal when your item ships. We are not responsible for mail once it has been shipped the best we can do is provide tracking information. Once your order is picked up by The United States Postal Service it is out of our hands. If you have continual bad service through USPS we can ship your order through another carrier, however you will be responsible for any additional shipping cost. Please contact us by email to set up your order if you wish to use a different carrier service or would like to use Priority Mail.

International customers The turnaround time for shipping varies. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail International we can offer you a flat rate shipping cost of $25 please contact me before placing your order. If you have a suggestion for another more reliable or more expedient shipping carrier for your area please let us know.

Other Important Information

Verify Your Address -We ship to the address on your paypal account. Please be sure all your shipping information is correct before placing and order.

Use a Current Email – please use a current working email that you have access to. If for some reason there is a problem with your order email will be our only way to contact you. You will also receive updates on your order via this email address.

 Changes- if you would like to make changes or add to your order we are happy to work with you please contact me via email with your order number and name as it appears in paypal.

We do accept returns and exchanges. The item must be returned and received in good condition to be eligible for a refund. If you believe your have received a damaged or defective item please contact us with a photo and detail description of the problem. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for exchanges or returns.
